When we find ourselves struggling to have Faith in the hard seasons of life, we can rely on
and stand on what God’s Word says.
“For we walk by Faith, not by sight.” - 2 Corinthians 5:7
When we walk by Faith, we can rest assured that our hope and trust is in the Lord
and not in the things of this world. We walk by Faith, not in the things we can see but in
the things that are unseen, which are eternal.
When our Faith is strong, then we will grow in intimacy with our Father. When it seems like our Faith is being tested, we can know that it produces perseverance.
“Because you know that the testing of your Faith produces perseverance.” – James 1:3
If we are not exercising our Faith daily, then how can we expect to grow in the Lord?
When our Faith begins to grow stronger, we have the confidence that we can trust God
in all seasons of our lives.
Our Faith is grounded in prayer and in what God’s Word says. Your Faith will grow if you take the time to study His word and listen to His voice. We don’t have to fear the struggles in our life because we know, as believers, that our Heavenly Father will take what the enemy meant for evil and turn it for good.
We read about many people in the Bible who were healed because of their strong Faith
in the Lord. Our Faith will continue to grow stronger if we allow the Holy Spirit to move in
us and through us.
Take the time to pray and ask the Lord to build your Faith and trust on the foundation of
the solid rock.
“Therefore, everyone who hears these words of mine and puts them into practice is like
a wise man who built his house on the rock. The rain came down, the streams rose, and
the winds blew and beat against that house, yet it did not fall, because it had its
foundation on the rock.” – Matthew 7:24-25
